What we collect, and only when you submit a form

We do not require an account and we do not track you across other websites. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to send it.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in this website's own database on our hosting, and a notification copy is emailed to us. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for their own purposes.

Third parties in the chain

  • Hosting provider — stores the site and its database.
  • Email delivery — carries the notification of your enquiry to us.

We will not add a new third party to this chain without updating this page.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. The dismissed state of the announcement bar is held in your browser session and discarded when you close the tab. WordPress sets a cookie only if you log in as a site administrator.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while there is a realistic prospect of working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours at any point and we will, and confirm when it is done.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to complain to a data protection regulator. We do not require a formal process for any of these. Email us and we will respond.
