We do not sell an HRMS as a separate product, and we would be cautious of anyone who does at this scale. HR data is only useful next to the operational data it relates to – an attendance record matters because it drives a payroll line, and a leave approval matters because it changes who is available for a shift.
So we build HR as a module of the system that runs your operation. In a travel ERP that means staff, roles and permissions alongside bookings and the ledger. In a fleet platform it means driver payroll with salary, commission, incentives and deductions itemised per period, approved by operations and paid through bank batch files.
What runs in production today
The HR & Workforce and Staff Users modules run inside FT-ERP, a 44-module travel ERP we built and operate. Driver payroll with bank batch generation runs inside Kingdom Drive, a Saudi fleet platform. Both are live systems with real operations on them, and both can be demonstrated.
Where this is the wrong answer
If you need statutory payroll calculation for a jurisdiction with complex rules, and nothing else, buy a payroll package. They handle the tax tables and keep them current, and we would be rebuilding something that already exists and is maintained by people who do only that. We would say so rather than quote for it.
