Dubai Fit Out Approval coordinates fit-out permits across roughly eighteen UAE authorities – Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, TECOM, DMCC, Nakheel, EMAAR, RTA, DHA and others – each with its own portal, drawing standards and review culture.
The engineering problem was structural, not visual. Prospective clients do not search for “fit-out approval consultant”; they search for the specific authority blocking their project. So every authority and every service became its own content type record with its own template, scope description and indexed page, rather than a bullet in a list. The FAQ carries schema markup so the answers can surface directly in search results.
The enquiry pipeline was built natively rather than bolted on with a form plugin: four independent spam layers, per-IP rate limiting, field-level validation messages, dual delivery to both email and the database, and a working no-JavaScript fallback. A one-click setup wizard reconstructs the entire content structure – services, authorities, projects, testimonials, FAQs and menus – so the client is not dependent on a developer to rebuild it.
Accessibility was treated as a delivery requirement rather than an afterthought. Contrast was measured across every text element on the site, which surfaced two real failures: the brand gold at 2.78:1 on light backgrounds, and a WhatsApp button at 1.12:1. Both were corrected, the gold by introducing a separate darker token reserved for small text.
What it changed
- Each UAE authority published as its own indexed page rather than a list item, so the site ranks for the authority name people actually search
- Enquiry pipeline hardened with four independent spam layers, rate limiting, field-level errors and a no-JavaScript fallback
- Contrast verified across every text element, including a brand-gold token added specifically for small text on light backgrounds
- One-click setup wizard so the client can rebuild the full content structure without a developer
