CCroute is a full CRM that lives inside WordPress but does not pretend post meta is a database. Ten modules sit on nine normalised tables with a dedicated prefix, which keeps reporting queries fast and the data model legible to whoever maintains it next.
The AI layer handles the repetitive language work of a call centre – summarising interactions, drafting follow-ups, extracting the next action – with the agent reviewing before anything is saved. A permission system scopes every record by employee, team and role, so the same install serves agents, team leads and management without leaking data sideways. We also delivered the companion marketing site that feeds it.
What it changed
- Delivered CRM capability inside the client's existing WordPress stack, avoiding a second platform and login
- Purpose-built schema instead of post-meta abuse, so reporting queries stay fast as records grow
- Role-scoped access allowing agents, team leads and management on one system
