We know this sector because we run software in it every day. FT-ERP processes real bookings and real money for a working travel company, which means we have already met the problems that only appear in production: an allotment released while a booking was mid-payment, a visa stage that changed name at the consulate, a general ledger that had to be re-based from GBP to SAR without losing two years of history.
The B2B side is where most travel operators leave money on the table. Partner agents want to book without phoning, and finance wants a reconciled position at all times. Those two requirements conflict unless money and inventory move in the same database transaction, which is a transaction-integrity problem rather than a user-interface one.
