An off-plan property site is not a brochure. It is a sales instrument for something that does not physically exist yet, and in Saudi Arabia that places it inside the Wafi off-plan framework and REGA oversight. A price, a payment schedule and a completion expectation published on that page carry weight, which changes what the platform has to be careful about.
What that meant in practice
Unit types, areas, payment structure and project status are records rather than written copy. Al Madinah House publishes twenty-three apartments at 48 to 84 square metres with thirty per cent on booking and twelve instalments – and those figures appear in one place and render everywhere, so a change to the payment plan cannot leave an old number on a page nobody remembered to edit.
Project status is a state, not an adjective. “Now Registering” means something specific and different from “Launched” or “Under Construction”, and the platform treats it as a field that drives what a page is allowed to say and which call to action it offers.
The conversion mechanism
Property enquiries in this market arrive on WhatsApp, and they are not all the same enquiry. A buyer wanting the brochure, an investor asking for the payment plan, someone requesting a site visit and a broker registering as a channel partner have almost nothing in common except the channel.
So the widget routes by intent: five separate paths, each opening WhatsApp with a message already written for that specific request. The sales team receives an enquiry that is already categorised, rather than five variations of “interested” that have to be qualified by asking.
Group context as a signal
A new developer selling off-plan has a credibility problem that no amount of design solves. The platform addresses it structurally, by placing the development inside a group that already operates in travel, technology and mobility across three countries – with those businesses linked rather than merely named.
What it changed
- Unit areas, pricing structure and status published from records, so one edit updates every page that shows them
- Project status treated as a state that governs what a page may claim and which action it offers
- Five WhatsApp paths, each opening with the message already written for that request
- Brokers registered through a defined channel rather than an inbox
- Compliance language handled as product rather than as copy added at the end
