UAE calculators — gratuity, VAT, corporate tax, mortgage and business setup

22 free tools. Every one runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

These calculators apply the UAE rules as published by MOHRE (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on employment), the Federal Tax Authority (5% VAT and 9% corporate tax), the Central Bank (mortgage LTV and debt-burden limits) and the Dubai Land Department (transfer fees). Every rate is dated on its page and kept in one rules file, so a change to the law is applied once and every calculator picks it up.

Salary tools work on basic wage, which is what the Labour Law uses for gratuity, leave pay and overtime; property tools separate government fees from negotiable ones like agency commission. Nothing here is tax or legal advice — the pages say what they assume so you can check the figure against your own contract or a professional.

Dubai Rent vs Buy Calculator

Compare the total cost of renting against buying the same Dubai property over 5, 7 or 10 years — DLD fees, mortgage interest, service charges, growth and resale — to see which leaves you better off.

UAE Car Loan Calculator — Flat vs Reducing Rate

UAE car loan calculator: monthly instalment, total interest and the real APR of a flat-rate offer compared with reducing balance — for Dubai and Abu Dhabi bank car loans.
